We’ll tell you exactly what we think you need and can even ship the part directly to you if you want. (additional fees may apply).

What You’ll Need Before Your Appointment

Make sure you are prepared before your virtual consultation session with our technician. The following is a basic list of items you will need:

  • Smartphone

    The virtual appointment will be held via Zoom, so make sure you have a smartphone with a camera on the back. This will allow our tech to see your appliance clearly and give you accurate advice. Make sure your phone has the Zoom app installed and working before your appointment.

  • Location Near the Appliance

    Obviously we will need access to the appliance in order to accurately assess the issue.

It’s just that simple. YOU have a smartphone and an appliance issue and WE take care of the rest.

Virtual Appliance Consultation FAQs

It’s like a video chat with an appliance expert! Using a platform like Zoom, our tech can see your appliance and advise you professionally through what needs to be done. This saves you time and money compared to in-home visits.

We’ll use a video Zoom Call to see and hear your appliance, making it easier to assess the problem. It’s convenient, affordable, and a great way to get expert help without leaving home.

A flat fee of $49 gets you a virtual consultation. That’s less than an in-home visit, with no extra travel fees. If you decide to move forward with our professional in-home repair, your $49 payment is applied to the Service Charge.

Have your appliance’s brand, type, model, and serial number ready.

During the session, you’ll need a smartphone with good internet, and then just be ready near the appliance during the call.

Our certified tech will check for common or known issues with your appliance. We’ll discuss the problem, ask questions, and maybe guide you through some tests. You’ll get expert advice on next steps and recommendations.

If you choose our repair service, the $49 goes towards that fee.

If you’re a DIYer, we can help you find parts.

If the repair needs special tools, is too heavy, or you’d rather leave it to the pros, we can schedule an in-home visit. Your $49 virtual fee will be credited towards the onsite service call.

Virtual advice doesn’t come with a warranty, as we can’t do hands-on repairs remotely. But our in-home service does offer a 90-day warranty on labor and 1 year on parts.

We’re starting with morning and late afternoon slots and will expand our hours as needed. Your feedback helps us tailor our service to you!

Discounts are available! The first appliance is $49, and each additional one gets a reduced rate, with bigger savings for more appliances. We’ll also allow more time for each one. 1=$49, 2=$79, 3=$99

Absolutely! Cancellations more than 24 hours before your appointment are fully refundable. You can also reschedule, and your payment will be applied to the new time. We just ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to accommodate other customers.
